We do this with over 300 enthusiastic employees who work hard every day, both with each other and with our suppliers, to achieve this. As Sloterburg and wants to serve its 100,000 residents even better, we are looking for a junior policy officer for online services. Is this something for you?

The function

You are an enthusiastic colleague who knows how to establish links between front, mid, and back office. You enjoy helping your colleagues with projects and find it important to empathize with our residents.

What are you going to do?

  • You will support the mid-level policy officer in the implementation of projects related to the website, social media, and the customer contact system.
  • You work closely with suppliers and other external parties.
  • You can expand your knowledge by reading professional articles and attending events.

The department

You will be working in the Communications department. This department is responsible for the successful implementation of projects for our residents and works according to the agile/scrum method. The projects are carried out by two multidisciplinary teams (a total of 30 employees). And as in any team, we help each other and work together to get the job done.

We ask

  • A relevant completed higher professional education program.
  • Affinity with online services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
  • Basic knowledge of internet techniques is an advantage.
