Reporting on the living environment

What is it?

Your living environment consists of places that everyone has access to. Think of squares, roads, parks, playgrounds, or sports fields. It is important that these places are safe and tidy.

If you see something that is broken or needs to be cleaned up, please report it to the municipality.

Do not report to the municipality

  • Found animals: call the animal ambulance.
  • Nuisance caused by others, such as neighbors or addicts: call the police.
  • Objects or places that do not belong to the municipality: contact the owner.

How long will it take?

The municipality will usually process your report within five working days. This does not always mean that the situation will be resolved by then. Sometimes more time is needed.
