Removing property from the housing stock

What is it?

As a homeowner, you can have your property removed from the housing stock. You will then need an eviction permit from the municipality. You can do this, for example, because:

  • You want to use a property as an office
  • you want to merge two homes
  • you want to demolish a property
  • You want to use a property for room rental

What to do.

  • You apply for the permit from the municipality.
  • Sometimes you also need an environmental permit. For example, when you are going to renovate the house. If you do not already have an environmental permit, you can also apply for one directly.

What do I need?
