Remove property from the housing stock
What is it?
As a homeowner, you can have your home removed from the housing stock. You will need a withdrawal permit from the municipality to do so. You may want to do this, for example, because:
- you want to use a residence as an office
- you want to merge two homes
- you want to demolish a house
- you want to use a property for room rental
What should I do?
- You apply for the permit at the municipality.
- Sometimes you will also need an environmental permit. For example, if you are going to renovate your home. If you do not yet have an environmental permit, you can apply for one immediately.
