Tram service resumes
Tram traffic in Sloterburg slowly starting up again after the vehicles were out of service for several hours due to the storm. According to a spokeswoman for transport company SLVB, the overhead lines that were damaged by the wind have been repaired at the crucial locations. Trams still have to make detours in some places.
All ferries across the SIJ are running again and all buses are running, although they may be delayed. Metro service is still disrupted.
d. Van Der Sloteweg metro station was closed for some time due to loose roof panels, but the SLVB reported around 3:30 p.m. that it was open again.
