Draft zoning plan ‘Hoekstaart / Bomenweg’ available for inspection

This is an old message.

The demand for care is increasing within our municipality. Residential care complexes are needed to continue to meet this demand. The plan is to build a small-scale residential care complex with 21 units for elderly people with dementia on the corner of Hoekstaart and Bomenweg. The rest of the planning area will remain in use as a park. We will partially redesign this area.

A new draft zoning plan has been drawn up to enable the development from a legal and planning perspective. The noise pollution at the planned residential care complex exceeds the preferred noise levels. For this reason, a decision on higher limit values (HGW) is being prepared in parallel with the zoning plan.
