Draft 'Hoekstaart / Bomenweg' zoning plan available for review

This is an old post.

The demand for care is increasing within our municipality. In order to continue to meet this demand for care, residential care complexes are needed. The plan proposal is to realize a small-scale residential care complex with 21 units for the demented elderly on the corner of Hoekstaart and Bomenweg. The rest of the plan area will remain in use as a park. We will partly redesign that.

In order to make the development legally/planologically possible, a new draft zoning plan has been prepared. The noise load on the residential care complex to be realized is higher than the preferred values for noise. A decision on higher limit values (HGW) is therefore being prepared simultaneously with the zoning plan.
