Borrowing materials

What is it?

When organizing an event, you may sometimes need materials that you do not have yourself. For example, crowd barriers to cordon off the street or containers for waste. The municipality often has these materials available. You can rent or borrow the materials from the municipality.

What should I do?

You can request the materials from the municipality. Send your request at least 4 weeks before you need them. Include the following information:

  • the type of materials and/or equipment to be borrowed
  • the number of materials to be borrowed
  • when and for how long you want to borrow the material
  • the reason why you want to borrow the material
