State pension age
When you reach retirement age, your benefits (welfare/IOAW) stop and you will receive an AOW benefit. You will receive a letter from us about this.
No full state pension
Did you not always live in the Netherlands between the age of 15 and your retirement age? If so, you will not receive a full AOW pension. You can get a supplement to your AOW via the SVB.
Please note that you will not receive the supplement automatically; you must request it yourself.
