What is it?
Waste paper is collected by the municipality through the paper bins in your neighborhood or it is collected at a fixed time. You can also bring your scrap paper to a collection point of the municipality.

If you want to collect waste paper yourself for an association, for example, you need a permit. Apply for this at the municipality, providing the following information:
- name and address of the association
- reason for the collection
- place, date and time of collection
- The way you want to collect the waste paper
- the route you want to take to collect the waste paper
