Entering cordoned off area

What is it?

It is forbidden to enter an area cordoned off by the municipality. If you want to do this anyway, you must apply for an exemption. Then you will be fined € 180.00!

What to do.

You request the waiver from the municipality. Please provide the following information with your application:

  • What area is involved.
  • Why you want to enter the area.
  • The date and time you want to do this.
  • The names of those who wish to enter the area.

How long does it take?

You will receive notification from the municipality within 8 weeks whether you will receive the waiver.

Objecting

If you disagree with the municipality's decision, you can object within 6 weeks.
